The Lent Retreat took place on Saturday 24th March 2018 after adverse weather unfortunately caused it to be rescheduled. Nevertheless, there was a great turnout with around 17 youths attending in total. It was a wonderful day of fun and fellowship, with activities, educational talks centred on the Lenten theme of “Called to Serve”, as well as space for free time and outdoor games. In the afternoon, we were joined by Bishop Robson who gave the youths an opportunity to ask him some questions, before concluding the day by celebrating a vigil Mass for the youths and their parents. Music ministry was provided by Misia Paul and two members of the Dunkeld Youth Ministry and Animation Team (DYMAT). We would like to thank both the Bishop and Mrs Paul for their contributions, as well as the Sisters at the Diocesan Centre for looking after the group so well and providing a delicious lunch. We look forward to seeing the youths again at future events!
