The Catholic Church has always recognised the vital role of young people in the growth and future of the faith. In the Diocese of Dunkeld, there is a great desire to establish a more structured and recognised platform for youth engagement. This presents a unique opportunity to create an organisation which will empower young people strengthen their faith, and foster community involvement.

To build a strong, vibrant, and faith-filled youth community that actively contributes to the spiritual, social and personal growth of young Catholics in the Diocese of Dunkeld.

Spiritual Growth
Organise youth Masses, retreats, Bible studies, and prayer sessions.

Encourage youth involvement in parish activities, charity work, and evangelisation.

Fr. Michael Ngobili
Fr. Michael Emeka Ngobili is the Youth Director for Dunkeld Diocese, and oversees the DYA and its activities. He welcomes and encourages all young people to take part in their Church and join us in making a vibrant youth community in our diocese.
